Kayumas Arabica Coffee Farm is located in the Highlands of Ijen Plateux, East Java, at an altitude of 750 -1500 m. The coffee is growing on volcanic soils in a full shade and eco friendly farming system. The total production area is 409ha with an average production of 220 metric tons per year. The farm produces washed Arabica.

Cupping Notes: This estate coffee from Java is a full bodied low acidity coffee. While the cupping chart may say earthy flavors; I think it should be described as tasting the jungle. The Kayumas is one of those rare coffees that if you close your eyes while drinking you will truly feel like your in a part of the jungle.
