The Cenaproc Fair Trade Cooperative is one of the drug war success stories, since the coffee is grown on land previously given over to coca leaf production. They have won the Bolivian Cup of Excellence competition twice, and have been runners-up in the other years.

Cupping Notes: This coffee combines many properties that are not normally found in a single cup. It is a very complex and clean. The first flavors that one tastes when cupping this coffee is a taste of chocolate, vanilla and a slight fruitiness. As the cup cools the fruit flavors come through with hints, of citrus, nuts, and allspice. This Bolivian is perfect for adding crème to your espresso shot.
