Brazil Santo Antonio Estate

Santo Antonio Estate Coffee is a join-venture of 20 specialty coffee farms, located in a specific ecosystem on the northeastern part of Sul de Minas. Their headquarters is located in the city of Santo Antonio do Amparo, in the state of Minas Gerais. They have been placed among the finalists of 3 last Brazil Cup of Excellence competitions. Moreover, Santo Antonio Estate Coffee had three of its growers placed among the finalists in the Illy Caffe Quality Awards for Espresso.

Cupping Notes: This Brazil is a workhorse because it works so well with so many different coffees. It has a mild, sweetness and balanced acidity with caramel and chocolate sweetness to the finish.
