The ASOCAFE Fair Trade Cooperative is comprised of 100 active members and 200 indirect members. Their small farms are located above 4500 feet in elevation in the fertile Caranavi province under a lush jungle canopy. After the coffee is manually harvested between April and October it is taken to centralized washing stations. The coffee that we are offering today comes from the Amor de Dios station

Cupping Notes: This coffee contains a strong body and intense acidity with a quick finish. There is a sweet floral fragrance with a hint of vanilla throughout. There is a taste of sweet cherries with a hint of peppercorn and lemony citrus.
